If you've made it here, you probably already know at least something about Pure, but we'd like to tell you more about us and what you can expect from our platform.

Pure is a place to live in the moment and be your truest self. We like to think of Pure as a carnival for adults where you choose your own adventure, get an adrenaline rush, and plunge into the unexpected for an exciting dating experience. And like any amusement park, we have rules for riding! These guidelines ensure everyone is safe on the app, so make sure you read and respect them.

What do members of the Pure community have in common?

At Pure, we welcome freedom and openness to new things 

Our freedom coexists with respecting other people's boundaries. That's why we have some guidelines that we believe must be followed. We stand for openness, honesty, and consideration of each other's feelings. Everyone has vulnerabilities and we have to be mindful of one another.

We value your confidentiality and we don’t approve of spam, the sale of any services, or any disrespectful behavior on our app. Our team works very hard to create a space where everyone feels comfortable, and protected, so you can focus on pleasurable experiences.

Being respectful and mindful of others is crucial in our community. If you encounter rule-breaking behavior, feel free to manually report the account on Pure or immediately contact us by email at [email protected]. 

We may restrict, remove, or block content posted in ads and written in chats (we don't read your chats, our algorithm flags suspicious activity), and, in extreme cases, suspend accounts to ensure community safety. It will always be reviewed by our moderation team first, though. Blocking an account is an extreme measure, and while we don't want to let our community members go, we always put their safety first.

Below, you can see a summary of our rules and values. By using our app, you agree to abide by these guidelines, which are designed to keep the community healthy and respectful. Please read through them carefully:

1. Adults only: You must be at least 18 years old, or older if explicitly required by applicable laws, to use Pure (read more about eligibility for Pure in Terms and Conditions). We block underage members of the Pure community (even if a subscription has been purchased). No exceptions!
   Any form of imagery involving minors is strictly prohibited, as is the admission, support, or glorification of obscene, offensive, or pornographic materials, or materials that depict minors or are in any way harmful to minors.
2. Respectful Communication: Treat others as you'd like to be treated and maintain a respectful attitude, which includes refraining from bullying, harassment, violent discourse, abuse, defame, threats, as well as avoiding sending unsolicited naked pictures or sexually explicit content to others.
3. Authenticity: Be yourself and don’t impersonate others, real people or not. We block members of the community who we think are fake or have been reported as such. We also ask that you stick with the gender you identify with. This helps us improve your experience on the app as well as everyone else’s.
4. Only for private use: You should use Pure and its features only for private and non-commercial use, and at the same time ensure that your actions are aligned with all applicable laws, regulations and imposed restrictions.
5. Respect privacy: Don't share personal information of other Pure members without consent or attempt to capture screenshots. We will block your account forever. And life without Pure is pretty much hell. Also, do not attempt to access or use another User's Pure account without being authorized to do so.
6. Consent: Mutual and enthusiastic consent is one of our most important values. We respect personal boundaries. It's not rocket science! It's easy to ask what the other person wants or does not want to do. This applies to both on and offline — don't start the chat with nudes right away and never send them without permission. Instead, find out what your chat partner is looking for and check if you are on the same page.
7. No scams: At Pure we have zero tolerance for scammers, scams or any kind of fraudulent activity (even attempts!). To help prevent this, we also take action against bad actors trying to steer members of the Pure community to social media or messaging apps and continue the conversation there - this may put your personal information at risk. We encourage everyone to stay on the platform until they meet in real life. Anyone found attempting to defraud, deceive or manipulate others for financial gain will be immediately blocked.
8. Inclusivity: We stand for complete freedom of expression, regardless of who you are or why you're dating. And while your truth is defined (purely) by you, discrimination and hate speech based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual or anything else are strictly prohibited on our platform. We are all different. Let's celebrate our diversity!
9. No spamming or unsolicited offers: Refrain from sending spam or unsolicited messages to other Pure members. This includes unwanted advertisements, promotions, bulk mail, chain letters, charity requests, or petitions.
10. No promotion or solicitation: Follow the law (and common sense) and refrain from advertising, selling, or buying illegal goods or services. This includes sex or escort services (real or virtual, including nudes), drugs, weapons, medical paraphernalia, and others. We also have strict policies against promoting other platforms, such as content apps like OnlyFans or messaging apps like Telegram, Kik, or Snapchat. If you use Pure to drive people to external websites or apps via links or otherwise we may suspend your account.
11. No New Accounts Without Permission: Do not create another account if your previous one was already terminated by us in the past, unless you have our exclusive permission.
12. Real-world safety: We take the safety of our community members very seriously. Using Pure or any location information obtained from Pure to engage in dangerous off-platform behavior, such as intimidation, violence, stalking, harassment, abuse, defamation, threats or any form of non-consensual acts, is strictly prohibited. Please report any such incidents to us and the relevant authorities for appropriate action. Remember, we all have a part to play in maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
13. Keeping Pure safe and working well: Don't mess with Pure’s security features or try to get around any limits on how you use content. Don't do anything that could harm the Pure app or spoil others' enjoyment, like spreading viruses, worms or other malicious codes. Also, refrain from using automated or other tools to access Pure and its networks without our permission or trying to modify Pure without unauthorized access.
14. Respect Intellectual Property Rights: Refrain from posting, storing, transmitting, or otherwise sharing any material that infringes on patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights, or any other intellectual property rights without granted permission.
15. Share Truthful and Appropriate Content: Share only content that is truthful and appropriate, and does not mislead or spread falsehoods, whether intentionally or unintentionally, even if the material itself is not illegal.
16. Adherence to platform guidelines: We comply with Apple, Google, and Huawei guidelines, so no nudity, explicit content, or prohibited items are allowed in ads. This also means that links to social networks and contact information, explicit descriptions of sex, insults, profanity, and propaganda are not allowed in your ad’s text.
17. Protect Your Privacy: Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information such as financial details (like credit card numbers and bank account information), passwords, or personal and workplace specifics that could be misused. Also, please do not share confidential or proprietary information. This caution extends to the photos and other content you share with Users - be mindful not to reveal identifiable facial features, distinctive marks or any other sensitive or private information in your photos or videos, that could compromise your privacy in any way.

Please note that we use a third-party API which helps us identify potentially violating content, but mistakes can happen. We apologize in advance if you are negatively affected and promise to do everything in our power to make Pure a safe place for you.
