We prioritize the safety and well-being of our Users by creating and preserving a respectful and secure environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, sexual misconduct, stalking, or any actions that threaten public or personal safety, whether these occur on our platform or in offline interactions. This includes, but is not limited to, threats, coercion, hate speech, and other forms of harmful behavior.
Participating in sexual activity without obtaining consent from all parties is not only against PURE’s rules but also against the law. Such actions may result in legal consequences and lead to the immediate termination of the offender’s account. PURE is fully committed to cooperating with law enforcement agencies during investigations into any user-related criminal activity.

You can send us reports directly from your feed or chats to notify us of any issues and violations with specific members of the community or ads. Click on the menu icon (with three dots) inside the chat or in the ad feed, select "Report" and choose the reason for the report.

Please note that filing false reports with malicious intent, bias, or for any other improper purposes violates our guidelines and will lead to actions being taken against your account.
We provide an optional feature that allows Users to confirm that their submitted photo reflects their real appearance captured through camera. Please note that the provided feature is designed to confirm a match between the User’s actual face and the photo, but it does not verify the User’s identity and may not always reflect the User’s true likeness. For more information, see Article 8 in Terms and Conditions (here).
We will take action if there are signs that an account is fraudulent, has been compromised, belongs to an ineligible User, or is engaged in activities that violate our rules or policies. We use a combination of manual moderation and automated systems to identify such issues, or when they are reported to us by law enforcement or other authorized agencies. Note that we do not conduct criminal background or identity checks on PURE Users.
When meeting new people, whether online or in person, it’s essential to stay cautious. No photo verification or other checks can be completely accurate or guarantee safety. For more advice on staying safe on the PURE app, please see our Safety and Privacy page (here).
PURE is not available to, and may not be used directly or indirectly by, any person who has been convicted of a felony or indictable offense, a sex crime, or any crime involving violence, or does not comply with our Terms and Conditions (here), applicable laws, rules and regulations. In that case you are not authorized to create an account or access PURE in any way. If we discover that a User has a criminal history that disqualifies them from using our platform, we permanently terminate their account on PURE.
We treat all reports of violations with the utmost seriousness and promptly review each report. If we determine that a User has violated our Terms and Conditions (here), Community Guidelines (here), or any applicable laws and regulations, we will take appropriate corrective action. This may include restricting, removing, or blocking content posted in advertisements or written in chats, and, in more severe cases, terminating the User’s account to ensure the safety of the community and prevent further violations. All actions will be reviewed by our moderation team before being implemented. Termination of an account is considered an extreme measure and will be applied based on the severity of the violation.
Users have the right to appeal any actions taken against their accounts. If you believe that the revocation of your license, any authorization to access and/or use PURE, or the termination of your account for failure to comply with the aforementioned rules is unjustifiable, please contact our Customer Support via email at [email protected].
To ensure compliance with applicable Colorado law, we notify users on PURE with an established in-app mechanism, in case they have exchanged messages with another PURE User whose account has been terminated due to suspected or known fraudulent behavior. This behaviour includes, but is not limited to actions that, in our judgment, suggest the User may attempt to obtain money or something of value from other Users through deceptive means, using a false identity, or attempting to deceive others. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we can only disclose a User’s account information in limited circumstances, such as when it is required by a lawful subpoena, warrant, or other legal obligations.
