PAYMENT METHODS
Depending on your device, you can pay for the subscription through your Apple/Google/Huawei account or with a credit card.
I CAN’T MAKE A PAYMENT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Make sure that you have enough funds on your card and check if you have any blocks or restrictions on transactions. Try another card or top up your iTunes/ Google Play /Huawei account. If nothing helps, write to us at [email protected]
CAN I USE ONE SUBSCRIPTION ON SEVERAL DEVICES?
Sure! If you deleted the application on one device and downloaded it on another, you don’t need to pay for your subscription again. Just use your Apple/Google/Huawei account to register, it is important that you use the same email that is used in each of the services, and Pure will automatically grant you an access (if the previously activated subscription in iTunes/Google Play/AppGallery or the web version is still valid).
You can’t create different accounts with the same subscription. You can’t share your subscription with your friends.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION?
General information
Remember to cancel your Subscription at least 24 hours before the expiration.
If you want to cancel your subscription, open Pure Settings, then Purchases, tap “Manage subscription”, you will see the date of the next billing and the button “Cancel subscription”. After choosing the reason for cancellation, you should confirm your decision.
How to cancel your subscription on Google Play
- Open the app page in “Google Play”.
- Click on the profile in the top right corner.
- Click on the “Menu” icon, and then click “Subscriptions”.
- Find the subscription you need and click "Unsubscribe".

How to cancel your subscription on iOS
- Open “Settings”.
- Tap your APPLE id on the top of the screen.
- Tap “Subscriptions.”
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage and tap “Cancel Subscription”.

How to cancel your AppGallery subscription
There are 2 ways to cancel your subscription:
Option 1:
- Open Settings.
- Click on the profile picture at the top of the screen.
- Go to the "Account Management" section, then click "Payments and purchases", then click on "Subscriptions/Password-free payments".
- Select the desired app and click the unsubscribe button.
Option 2:
- Open the "AppGallery".
- Go to the "Me" section.
- Click on the profile picture at the top of the screen.
- Go to the "Payments and purchases" section, then "Subscriptions/Password-free payments".
- Select the desired application and click the unsubscribe button.

How to cancel your subscription on WEB
- Go to “Settings” in the upper right corner of the page (next to your profile photo).
- Then click “Subscription” at the top left-hand side of the page.
- Cancel the subscription by following the on-screen instructions.
- Upon successful cancellation of your subscription auto-renewal, you will see the text "Automatic renewal is turned off."
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
General information
If you want to upgrade your subscription (aka change the subscription plan), open Pure Settings, then Purchases, tap on “Manage subscription”, where you will see the button to choose another option.
On iOS:
New subscription will start immediately, and you will receive a refund for the previously unused period.
On Google Play / AppGallery/ WEB:
New plan will start when your current subscription expires.
Managing a subscription plan in your device settings
On Google Play:
Cancel the auto-renewal of the current subscription in the Google Play settings. At the end of the paid subscription period, when you try to publish your ad, you will see several options, choose the one that suits you best.
On iOS:
- Open the “Settings” app.
- Click your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then find “Subscriptions” and open, by clicking on it.
- Select the subscription you want to change.
- If there are multiple types of subscriptions, select the one you need from the list.
- Click “Purchase”.

On AppGallery
- Open the "AppGallery" app.
- Go to the "Me" section.
- Click on the profile picture at the top of the screen.
- Go to the "Payments and purchases" section, then "Subscriptions/Password-free payments".
- Choose the name of the subscription you want to change.
- If different types of subscriptions are available, a list will appear. Choose the right option.
- Click "Buy".
- The new subscription will take effect after the expiration of the current subscription.
On WEB:
Go to Settings in the upper right corner of the page (next to your profile photo) and select "Subscription" in the upper left hand of the page, cancel auto-renewal of your subscription. At the end of the paid period, when you will try to publish your ad, you will see several subscription options, choose the one that suits you best.
HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?
By registering for the application, you agreed to the Terms and Conditions. We cannot refund money for an activated subscription or items (gifts, etc.) that you have used. If any technical errors have occurred, write to us at [email protected]. We will check everything and try to help.
