In order to comply with requirements under Digital Services Act (DSA), PURE offers an option to submit a report of illegal content for those located within the European Economic Area (EEA) or an authorized Trusted Flaggers.
In case you are located out of the EEA, are not a designated Trusted Flagger, or are reporting content for reasons other than its legality, we recommend using our in-app reporting tools or directly emailing us at [email protected].
1. Submit a report
If you’re a user within the European Economic Area (EEA) or an authorized Trusted Flagger under Article 22 of the Digital Services Act, you have the ability to report content on PURE that you believe is illegal following the definition in Article 3(h) of the Digital Services Act (DSA). That means any information that, in itself or in relation to an activity, including the sale of products or the provision of services, is not in compliance with Union law or the law of any Member State which is in compliance with Union law, irrespective of the precise subject matter or nature of that law. Your report will be treated as confidential.

Simply copy it into an email, complete the required fields, and send it to the designated email address at [email protected]. After you submit your report, we'll first ensure we have all the required information to carry out a thorough review, and we may reach out if further details are needed.
To help us process your report accurately and ensure a thorough review, please provide all requested information in the template below.
